Boarding

Juniper Knoll Farm is a full-service training facility committed to providing quality care to all its guests. Known for its relaxed and supportive environment, the trainers at Juniper Knoll challenge their students to be better riders for their horses. As a boarding facility we choose to maintain a small (as commercial operations go) operation so as to ensure each horse guest has the attention they need and deserve. We know and care for each as if they were our own and don't want you to worry when you aren't with your horse. With no more than 17 to 20 horses in our care, we aim for quality and not quantity. Just an easy 20 minute drive from Burlington, we are located in rural Jericho, Vermont aside miles of maintained trails.

Regular board includes:

Daily stall cleaning with bedding. No extra bedding charges.
Hay & Grain. We work with you to ensure your horse has a balanced, forage-first diet.
Blanketing
Daily, full-day turnout (weather permitting of course)
Handling for routine vet & farrier appointments
Monthly Invoicing for your Records.
Our only “extra” fee is for private turnout or non-routine vet/farrier handling.

Our feed program is built on top quality Poulin grains and annually tested hay with a focus on balancing healthy weight and productive energy for the training program of each of our animals from the “hard keepers” to the “easy keepers”. We work with our respected nutritionist from Poulin grain to be sure our horses are getting a diet that keeps their body balanced for the workload they are in.

We aim to provide a clean, well-maintained and safe facility for you and your horse. Our farm facilities includes an indoor with viewing room, outdoor sand riding ring with show quality stadium jumps, outdoor grass riding field, heated tack room, house lounge with bathroom, access to the 260 acre publicly maintained Jericho Mobbs Trail system, wash stall with hot and cold water, free Wifi, and more.
